Cover depends on the plan selected. Platinum and Gold cover many mechanical, electrical and electronic components. Silver covers a range of listed items for older or higher mileage vehicles.
Some items cannot be covered, including bodywork, trim, general maintenance and service items. Exact exclusions depend on the written warranty terms.
The claims team must normally be contacted for authorisation before repair work is carried out.
