The 10-day period starts on the day you receive the vehicle at your address. If you decide not to keep it, notify us in writing by email within the agreed period.
The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, with no excessive mileage, damage, missing items or unauthorised modifications.
Once the vehicle has been inspected and the return is approved, a refund is processed within 3–5 working days.
